Liverpool are reportedly plotting summer move for Hull City defender, Andrew Robertson after failing in their bid to sign Fulham defender, Ryan Sessegnon.

The Reds have been linked with a number of targets this summer as Jurgen Klopp looks to bring in quality targets to bolster his current squad.

Klopp has been sweating over the left-back position since last season,  deploying James Milner to the position despite the Englishman being a midfielder after Alberto Moreno failed to impress in the left-back position.

Fulham defender Ryan Sessegnon has been tipped to join Liverpool this summer among other clubs but the defender is said to be decided on joining Tottenham Hotspur because he wants to remain in London.

Reports in the Independent claim that Liverpool have shifted focus from the youngster, and now want to sign Andrew Robertson from Hull City.

The 23-year-old has been tipped to become one of the best left-backs in the Premier League despite playing for Hull City, who got relegated from the top flight last season.

It is understood that Jurgen Klopp views Robertson as a player he can turn into a world-class player and will move for him this summer with the prospects of playing for the big club in the Premier League.
