English Premier League outfit Arsenal are set to make a big transfer decision by promoting their head of youth scouting Steve Morrow as they plan to do more in terms of their transfer and recruitment.
The North London club are hoping to have a shake-up especially after sporting director Sven Mislintat announced his decision to leave the club and it could affect the youth scouts who could be life to a higher position.
With Arsenal having only £45 million for the summer window, according to reports, there is a need to bring in an expert who can be able to make good use of it.
However, should the North London outfit make the final decisions; Steve Morrow’s first challenge will be to recruit players with big quality but with limited funds.
It is already claimed that the North London outfit are also looking forward to having some players leave the club so as to be able to free the space and as well as with a limited budget.
