According to reports coming from the English media, English premier league giants Chelsea are set to lose two of their superstars when the summer transfer window comes, and manager Antonio Conte can’t stop the move.

It was reported that the Stamford Bridge outfit are set to lose Belgium international Eden Hazard and Spanish superstar Diego Costa this summer.

Chelsea new Italian boss Antonio Conte is currently enjoying his first season at Chelsea and is set to win the premier league title in his first campaign in England and Chelsea.

The former Juventus manager has a strong team in Chelsea, and has been able to help the blues sit seven points clear of closest challengers Tottenham Hotspur at the top of the premier league table, with just seven games left to play.

Nevertheless, the Sun reported that Conte still faces the possibilities of losing two of his star men this summer. It was stated that both Hazard and Costa are set to quit the west London club and move elsewhere.

Eden Hazard has been greatly linked with a move to Real Madrid as recent reports suggests that the Belgian winger is badly needed by Madrid French boss Zinedine Zidane.

It was added that Madrid club are set to go at length just to sign him, and are ready to offer him a weekly wage of £300,000.

It was also added that Diego wants to leave England because he didn’t like the weather in the country and he could finally complete a big-money move to China as Oscar did.

Both players had been impressive for Chelsea this season, and losing them both at a time might not be something pleasant for the club.
