Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has stated that the team was helped by Belgium international Romelu Lukaku to seal a club-record of eighth consecutive away win with the 3-1 gain against Crystal Palace on Wednesday night.

Romelu Lukaku scored a brace in the game which also put an end to his eight-game goal drought to help the Red Devils secure a convincing away-win as well as continue the press for a Premier League top-four finish.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer stated that the win is a great one for his team because they were in control all through the game.

The interim manager confessed to having been scared of the game before the kickoff because of the results they have had in the past but expressed delight that they are still progressing.

With a number of games left until the end of the season, the former United forward has made it clear that he would be seeking to win all of the remaining games for a Champions League qualification.

However, the Red Devils are hit with a number of injuries with about 10 players having some worries while some of them were not available for the game but the manager is confident that he has got the players to serve as a cover for them.
