Last season in the English Premier League, two clubs said to have the best defense are Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United. This season so far, Spurs are said to be the team with the best defensive record so far. After 20 league games, they have only conceded 14 goals, one fewer than tittle leaders Chelsea.

Tottenham have arguably got the best back four in the country and this season so far,  fullbacks Kyle Walker and Danny Rose have been really impressive.

Recently, The Sun reported that Manchester clubs are looking to sign the duo of  Kyle Walker and Danny Rose, stating that United boss Jose Mourinho wants his side to make a move of £60million to sign them.

Both of them are very fundamental in the back, as well as so supportive in the attack. Kyle Walker in 19 league games this season has provided 4 assists while Danny Rose in 18 games in all competitions has scored twice and provided 4 assists.

Teammate Dele Alli, after their win against Burnley, made nice comments on the duo:

“They are two fantastic players and it’s a joy to play with them,”

“They provide such pace and power down the flank and they defend so well as well, and that’s so important.”

Nevertheless, earlier this season, the duo signed new deals worth £70,000-a-week. We don’t think Tottenham will want to sell both of them at a time, but might decide selling one of them should a big money offer comes.
