Martial: This Is What Ibrahimovic Taught Me At Old Trafford

Manchester United star-player Anthony Martial was eulogising teammate Zlatan Ibrahimovic due to the Swedish’s impressive start at the Old Trafford since his summer arrival from Paris Saint Germain.

The 35-year-old striker continue adding value to Jose Mourinho’s side, scoring 16 times in his first 25 games in all competitions and shutting up all critics who assumed he won’t be able to cope in the English premier league.

Recently speaking about Ibrahimovic, Martial insists he’s become a vital player of Jose Mourinho’s squad.

“He is a top player and we can’t help but learn from just being alongside him, playing and training with him, seeing what he is doing now and what he has done in the past,” he said.“In spite of his age, he has been a tremendous help to our side.

“He is doing loads for us. Let’s hope his form can continue because that is going to help us to climb the table, which is our goal.“We have a lot of experience in the squad and, together, we have to show what we can do to progress.

“We are a few points behind the top four at the moment, which we have got to make up, but it is down to us to maintain our good form and turn it into even more victories.

“We have to take each game as it comes, but if we can continue playing the way we are and add a few more goals, then who knows what we can achieve in terms of trophies this season.”

We believe that Ibrahimovic is a huge asset to the red devils. Even if he failed to perform superbly on the pitch, he can still be a mentor for several younger members of the squad like Marcus Rashford, Jesse Lingard and Luke Shaw.

Despite a weak start this season, Mourinho’s boys are now getting balanced as they have now reached an unbeaten run of 10 games and are closing in on fourth placed Arsenal.
