Good News, Man United Top Target Is Unhappy At Current Club

Manchester United have been boosted in their pursuit of Marco Verratti following reports that the player is unhappy with his contract at Paris Saint Germain.

The Italian midfielder is currently on a £6.2 million per annum with the French giants but there are reports that the player wants a significant pay rise after Dani Alves was put on a £12.5 million as the defender arrived from Juventus.

Verratti has been linked with a move away from the Parc des Princes this summer with reports that the player has held talks with Barcelona.

Manchester United have recently been at the fore front on most transfer targets as Mourinho wants to bring in a central midfielder and has been looking at the chances of signing Verratti this summer.

Reports in Spanish outlet, Sport have it that the 24-year-old is ready to leave PSG in order to secure a move away from the club due to his wage demands.

The Italian midfielder who recently linked up with Mourinho’s transfer ally Mino Raiola could well fancy a move to the Old Trafford but it is believed that United will have to pay an astronomical figure to force the hands of Paris Saint Germain who have made it clear that the midfielder is not sale
