Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho seek to add more strength to his defense department at the end of this season, one of the players already linked with a move to the Old Trafford club is PSG right-back Serge Aurier.

The Ivorian’s move to Manchester United gets thicken some few days back, as it was reported that United’s Portuguese manager Mourinho have agreed a deal for the player.

Nevertheless, despite agreeing to come play for the red devils in the English premier league, La Liga giants Barcelona have reportedly approached him to possibly snatch him away.

It was revealed that the Spanish club have opened talks to seal the transfer of the Ivory Coast international despite all the rumours that he has agreed a move to England.

His future at his current French club is in doubt ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window and just this week, it was reported that his deal with Jose Mourinho to come to Man United is getting closer.

But Barcelona, who are set to bring in some changes into their team at the end of this season after being knocked out of the Champions League by Juventus, are trying to try their luck with him.

At Old Trafford, veteran star Antonio Valencia has successfully made the right back position his own, and he has been impressive with the role. But he isn’t getting younger, and Jose needs to bring in a longterm replacement for him.

Barcelona too are still on the lookout for a superb replacement for Dani Alves who left the club last summer, in the right back role.
