Liverpool To Offer This Player Another Big Deal To Keep Him At Anfield

Liverpool star player Emre Can has been strongly linked with a move away from Anfield in recent times and has emerged as a target for Serie A champions Juventus this summer.

However in a new development, there are reports from Italy that the Anfield club are set to offer the talented player a huge deal to keep his attention at the club and ignore a move to the Italian top flight.

According to Italian news outlet Calciomercato, the reds are looking to secure the future of the German star on Merseyside by offering him a five year deal. It was also added that Can will be offered €6m plus bonuses a season by the Merseyside outfit.

However, Liverpool needs to fast-track everything because the Germany international has just 12 months left on his current deal with them.

Nevertheless, there are other speculations that the reds are still bracing themselves for Emre refusing this new deal, and there is a possibility they could sell him in this window so as he won’t end up leaving the club as a free agent next summer.

Italian heavyweights Juventus have been heavily linked with the player and Turin will be his most likely destination.

Calciomercato also said Emre’s choice won’t only be about money, with him having a better chance of winning trophies with Juve.
