Liverpool Probable Lineup v Plymouth

Liverpool begin their run in the FA Cup on Sunday against Plymouth and Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has hinted he will start some fringe players in the clash.

Having expressed his belief for youngster previously, Klopp will hope to see his academy graduates show the stuff made of in the tie against the League Two side.

Speaking ahead of the match, Klopp said: “We cannot ignore the pressure. We have to cope and we have to deal with it. That’s why we make the change.

He then hinted than Joe Gomez could return for the cup tie, Klopp said: ‘Joe is in a good way. Really good in training. Playing for us is logical next step,

‘The first game at Anfield for a long time, maybe not the biggest surprise if he’s [Gomez] in the line-up,’

In a 4-3-3 formation, Loris Karius is expected to start between the sticks.

The Reds will also welcome younsgter Trent Alexander-Arnold in defence alongside experienced Lucas Leiva, Joe Gomez and Alberto Moreno.

Wijnaldum is expected to stabilise the midfield alongisde Kevin Stewart and Ovie Ejaria.

While Divock Origi should start in a front three that includes Sheyi Ojo and impressive youngster Ben Woodburn.
