Klopp targets Burnley defender as Dejan Lovren’s replacement.

The Reds are presently facing huge injury crises at the back and things aren’t getting any better for Jurgen Klopp.

The Reds — who are without Joe Gomez and Joel Matip due to injury — suffered another injury setback on Monday in their defeat to Wolves as Dejan Lovren limped off the pitch.

It is said that the Dutchman has injured his hamstring and he will be out for some weeks.

Klopp has reportedly told his employers to launch a loan move for Burnley’s James Tarkowski in order to serve as the centre-back’s replacement for the rest of the campaign.

The Sun are reporting that Klopp is happy with the player’s performances with the Turf Moor outfits and will be glad to see him at Anfield before the end of the winter market.

LIVERPOOL TO REIGNITE INTEREST IN MADRID STAR

Real Madrid and Colombian striker James Rodriguez, who is on a two-year loan deal at Bayern Munich, is attracting Jurgen Klopp’s attention, that’s according to the Mirror.

The 27-year-old is keen to move out of Allianz Arena due to lack of regular action and the British publication are linking him with a switch to Anfield stadium this month.

However, it’s uncertain if Klopp will Intensify his desire to capture the former Puskas award winner. This is because there are many in-form strikers in his team whom he can rely on for goals through the campaign.
