Finally, Chelsea Top Target Breaks Silence Over Chelsea’s Link

Leonardo Bonucci has been in the news recently as far as Juventus transfer news is concerned, and it is believed he is going to West London to reunite with his former manager Antonio Conte at Chelsea.

However, the Italian star has affirmed that any talk of him making a summer transfer to the Premier League champions is but a ‘gossip’ at the moment.

The 30-year-old has established himself as one of Europe’s best centre-backs in recent times. As expected, a handful of top clubs across Europe have been monitoring his activities and are interested in getting his signature.

Even though Real Madrid and Man City are also understood to be after his signature, Chelsea is regarded as his major admirers following rumours that the Stamford Bridge club have recently held talks with his agent in London.

The Italy international, however, appears to be fed up with the different rumours and he states that there is nothing to them currently.

When he was recently asked if his agent was actually in England for a meeting with Chelsea, he simply replied: ‘It is just gossip from you.’

Bonucci has worked under Antonio Conte back then at Juventus and in the Italian national team. Chelsea are yet to make a major summer signing and we look on to the days ahead.
