Inter Milan Join The Race To Snatch Javier Pastore From Chelsea’s Grip

PSG star player Javier Pastore has emerged as a target for Chelsea this summer. However, the premier league champions are in for a big battle for the player’s signature.

It is understood that the Argentine player is monitored by AC Milan, Liverpool, and Juventus.

Champions League finalists Juventus have taken a step of approach PSG but were unable to persuade the French club to talk to them about Pastore.

In a new development, there are reports from France that Inter Milan have also joined in the race to get the player’s signature.

The Argentina international was able to score 25 times in 157 Ligue I games with PSG, but have seen his last two seasons marred by injuries at Paris following his €42 million transfer from Palermo.

However, the 27-year-old is still considered to be a strong presence in the middle of the park and still have all it takes to get things done in whichever club he is moving to.

Pastore has 27 Argentina caps and has scored twice in the process.

AC Milan and Inter Milan have been acquired by Chinese owners and are set to splash the cash to get the teams bolstered. However, Chelsea’s board are understood to have also given manager Antonio Conte huge funds to invest in his squad this summer.
