Chelsea talisman Eden Hazard has fuelled Stamford Bridge exit rumours after he expressed his delight to the return to management of French football legend Zinedine Zidane.

The 1998 FIFA World Cup winner is back in football management after he was reappointed as the Real Madrid manager last month just nine months after leaving the same job last summer.

Zidane had resigned from the job in 2018 after leading the club to a third successive Champions League title.

Eden Hazard has been linked with a move to Real Madrid in recent weeks and months.

The Belgian has just over a year left on his current deal at Chelsea and he’s unlikely to sign a new contract at the club despite the fact that the Blues have been banned from signing players for two transfer windows which is subject to an appeal.

Hazard has previously talked about a transfer to Real Madrid as his dream move and that Zinedine Zidane is his football idol.

In his recent interview with French media outlet RMC Sport, Eden Hazard told reporters about his delight that Zidane is back in football.

According to him, football needs the former French national team captain.

In one of his recent press conferences, Zidane also praised the quality of Eden Hazard whom he described as one of the best players in the world.
