Hazard and Kante to return — Sarri’s probable line-up against Bournemouth

Chelsea are looking to extend their winning run to three games when they tackle Bournemouth at the Vitality stadium on Wednesday.

After their shock 2-0 defeat to Arsenal, the Blues have gone on to record two straight wins — against Tottenham and Sheffield Wednesday in the Carabao cup and FA Cup respectively — and are currently preparing for Bournemouth’s challenge.

Considering the recent form of both clubs, the game looks like a walkover for the Blues but Premier League is full of surprises so Sarri’s men must work hard to earn three points.

Chelsea probable line-up

Having rested most of his regular starters in yesterday’s game, Sarri is expected to name a strong starting XI against Bournemouth ahead of the midweek fixture. Let’s take a look at those who are to make the gaffer’s first XI.

Kepa Arrizabalaga is set to start at Vitality stadium as long as he remains fit and healthy.

Caesar Azpilicueta, who reportedly ha an heated argument with Sarri at Cobham training ground, has been forgiven and he is set for a role at the back. David Luiz, Antonio Rudiger and Marcos Alonso complete the backline setup.

N’Golo Kante, Jorginho and Kovacic are all certain to return back to the team while Ross Barkley return to the bench.

Gonzalo Higuain look set for his Premier League debut on Wednesday. The Argentine started for the Blues in their 3-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday and he was too handful for the championship side.

This mean Olivier Giroud is only good for a place in the substitute bench.

Pedro and Hazard, both of whom were rested on Sunday, complete the team’s attacking formation against the Cherries.
