After a hard-fought win at Hawthorn against West Brom yesterday in their title deciding game, Chelsea are now officially premier league champions for this season against all odds.

It was a suspense-filled tie, with Chelsea stars like Eden Hazard and Pedro Rodriguez losing a handful of chances and the West Brom defense difficult to break.

However, the wise substitutions made by Chelsea’s boss: Bringing in Michy and Willian, and taking out Eden Hazard and Predro, made the difference.

Michy Batshuayi scored the needed late goal that confirmed the victory and ensured Chelsea win their second title in the space of three years.

And while the celebrations persists, Chelsea star Gary Cahill has revealed the manager’s message to them before the victory at the Hawthorns – the game that secured the west London club their fifth Premier League title on Friday evening.

In recent weeks, Chelsea have been favourites to win the title, even though closest rivals Tottenham Hotspur have maintained the pressure on them.

Antonio Conte is so loved by many Chelsea fans, and one of the things that endures him to them is his dramatic acts on the touchline.

Despite the Italian’s passions, England international Gary Cahill revealed that the former Juventus manager had a simple message to his players before the West Brom game.

According to Cahill, the Italian manager asked them to keep calm and play their football.
