Barcelona striker Luis Suarez is reportedly attracting interest from Major League Soccer (MLS) in the United States of America according to latest reports.

Former Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has been at Spanish champions Barcelona for the last five years but the Blaugrana are said to be shopping for a long-term replacement for him.

Barcelona is looking for a long-term replacement for the Uruguayan international who’s in the twilight of his career at the age of 32.

Despite the fact that he’s no longer at the peak of his powers, Luis Suarez was still able to score 21 goals for Barcelona during the just concluded Spanish La Liga season.

Luis Suarez was not able to replicate that form in the Champions League where he scored just one goal which came in the first leg of the Champions League semifinal tie with his former club Liverpool.

The former Ajax Amsterdam star has been strongly linked with an exit from Barcelona in recent weeks and the latest transfer rumours involve the MLS.

According to Esport3, Luis Suarez is attracting interest the Miami franchise of David Beckham in the MLS.

Luis Suarez signed for Barcelona in the summer of 2014 in a then club-record £75m deal.

The Uruguayan player was signed from six-time European champions Liverpool.
