Former Manchester United defender Phil Neville has praised the role of Chelsea’s midfielder Cesc Fabregas in Willian’s goal in their side’s 3-0 victory over Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday.

It was former Barcelona man Pedro Rodriguez who broke the deadlock in the second half after a 0-0 tie in the first half. The Spaniard scored a superb goal in the 66th minute with a shot taken from outsider the penalty area.

Some minutes after defender Gary Cahill scored the second goal for the west London club, the blues Italian manager Antonio Conte brought in the duo of Cesc Fabregas and Samba star Willian.

And in the 86th minute, the Spanish midfielder provide a splendid assist for Willian to get Chelsea the third goal, and sealing the three points.

Even though he was brought in with just eight minutes to go, Fabregas was still able to produce five accurate passes in the victory at Goodison Park.

And Man United legend Phil Neville, who was also a former Everton player, heaped lots of praises on the former Arsenal captain following his classic performance from the bench at Goodison Park.

Gary, commenting on Willians goal to NBCSN, praised the Spanish international and states that he seem to have some other eyes in the back of his head.

Even though Chelsea’s closest rivals Tottenham Hotspur got the full three points when they beat London rivals Arsenal 2-0 at White Hart Lane, the Stamford Bridge club are still dominating the premier league table and are favorites to win the title.
