Conte No Longer Have Confidence In Him, Mourinho Ready To Embrace Him At United

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is on the way to win the premier league title in his first season at the west London club and in England.

The former Juventus boss has done a lot bringing out the best in many of his players this current campaign, but right now, he seem to have lost confidence in one of the boys.

According to reports coming from English media, the former Italy head coach has his doubts over Kurt Zouma.

Zouma missed the first half of the season as a result of a serious knee injury, and he has been able to make just two Premier League starts since returning from the long lay-off.

The West London club are very much likely to be in next season Champions League, and it is important that the squad should be strengthed.

Since captain and legend John Terry is officially leaving at the end of this season, the Italian manager wants to utilize the summer transfer period to add to his defensive ranks.

He is looking for a strong defender and a long-term replacement for John Terry, and, according to the Sun, Conte doesn’t think Kurt is the man for the job in the wake of the 22-year-old’s knee injury.

The manager has reportedly lost confidence in Zouma’s ability to reach his potential, and he is interested in bringing in Southampton star defender Virgil Van Dijk at the end of this season.

It was however added that the Frenchman is being chased by Manchester United Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho who want him over at Old Trafford.
