Chelsea are reportedly ready to cash in on Cesc Fabregas in a move to get Radja Nainggolan and Antonio Rudiger during the summer transfer window.

Antonio Conte is said to be a long-term admirer of the duo of Nainggolan and Rudiger and could allow Fabregas go loan to Roma during the January transfer window with hopes the Serie A side will favour them in the move for the pair.

It is understood that Conte wants a more rounded box-to-box midfielder to solidify his side after a brilliant start to the Premier League season so far.

There are reports that Roma may face stiff competition from League rivals, AC Milan who are said to be keen on getting the Spanish midfielder but an option to buy Nainggolan or Rudiger will surely give them advantage over the San Siro outfit.

However, Fabregas has debunked claims he might be looking elsewhere due to his lack of chances at Stamford Bridge and impressed for the Blues this season especially during their 3-1 win over Manchester city.

But Conte has recently stated that Fabregas will continue his role from the bench, reiterating his belief in Nemanja Matic to pair N’Golo Kante in the midfield for the Blues.
