Monaco wonder kid Kylian Mbappe is one of the most exciting teenagers in the world right now and has been linked with a handful of top clubs across Europe ahead of next season.

It is understood that Real Madrid and Arsenal are in the race for his signature and that the Madrid are ready to blow the North London side out-of-the-way with a bid reportedly worth £100 million.

And in a new development, premier league champions Chelsea have now entered the race to sign the France international.

According to Le10 Sport, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is ready to hold discussions with the youngster as the Stamford Bridge champions are set to submit an offer to Monaco.

The French confirmed that Chelsea have made contact with Mbappe and Conte will speak with the 18-year-old after France’s friendly against England next week.

It is understood that the French Ligue I champions are also interested in Chelsea’s Michy Batshuayi and the west London club are ready to capitalise on that. They are reportedly ready to use the Belgian as part of the deal for the 18-year-old.

Batshuayi failed to make an impact this just concluded Premier League season after his £33m arrival from Marseille last summer.

In 29 games last season in the French top flight, Kylian Mbappe scored 15 goals and provided 8 assists.
