Chelsea are preparing a summer swoop for out of favour Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart, according to reports.

Hart is currently on loan with Italian side, Torino after falling out of favour with Pep Guardiola at Etihad who fancied former Barcelona shot stopper Claudio Bravo over the England goalie.

The 29-year-old has shown his composure in the Serie A so far this season with reports Torino could be ready to make the deal permanent but might face problems tieing him to a new deal due to the number of interest from Premier League clubs.

Liverpool are also believed to be considering a move for Hart who is seen as viable replacement for the duo of Simon Mignolet and Lloris Karius who have put in unconvining performances so far this season.

Chelsea are also bracing up for the departure of Thibaut Courtois who could leaving the Stamford Bridge at the end of the season in favour of a Real Madrid move.

Reports in the Sun claim that senior players in the Blues squad has also urged Antonio Conte to sign Joe Hart to replace Courtois.

Chelsea could also lose second choice goalie Asmir Begovic to Bournemouth in the current January transfer window.
