Tiemoue Bakayoko

English premier league leaders Chelsea and English rivals Manchester United have been linked with Monaco star player Tiemoue Bakayoko in recent times.

And right now, ahead of the summer transfer window, the two clubs have been handed a major boost in their pursuit of the France international.

His brother, who also doubles as his agent, revealed that he had not held talks with Paris Saint-Germain – who are also trying to get his signature.

His club Monaco are currently sitting on the top of the Ligue I table, and he played a pivotal role helping the club to become top favorites to lift the French trophy at the end of this season.

This season so far in 42 games for the French club, he has scored three times and has provided one assist. He also helped his side proceed to the semi finals of the Champions League and are set to play Juventus on Wednesday.

It was speculated recently that PSG had held talks with him and seem to be favourites to get his signature.

But his agent and brother Abdoulaye Bakayoko, has clarified that it is false that PSG met with him.

West London club Chelsea are seeking to get his signature alongside Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United. But not only them – Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are also on his tail.
