Bayern Munich have reportedly agreed a £20million deal to sign Chelsea’s top target Niklas Sule.

Antonio Conte has been stunned to signature of the highly-rated Hoffenheim centre-back by German Champions ahead of the January transfer window.

Reports in the Daily Mail last week suggested the Blues were ready to move for Sule with a £30million in the offing but Bayern has now hijacked the deal, though it was understood that Blues technical director Michael Emenalo was keen to sort out the deal and Conte is said to be an admirer of the 21-year-old who could perfectly fit into his 3-4-3 formation.

German news outlet, Bild has now reported that Sule has agreed to join Bayern Munich with the transfer set to be confirmed in the early days of the Winter transfer window.

It was also stated that the centre-back will be moving to the Bundesliga giants along with his teammate Sebastian Rudy as Carlo Ancelotti looks to bolster his defence ahead of another set of crucial fixtures in the second part of the Bundesliga season and Champions League knockout stages also.

Antonio Conte has also earmarked some other defensive targets in the next window with the likes of Kalidou Koulibaly of Napoli Southampton’s Virgil van Dijk reportedly being monitored by the Blues.
