Bruno Fernandes

English Premier League outfit Manchester United have reached an agreement with Portuguese outfit Sporting Lisbon for the signature of Bruno Fernandes in this summer transfer window.

The news was revealed by the director of Italian broadcaster Pietro Balanzo Prota of Radio Rossoneri who claimed that talks are going on well.

Bruno Fernandes is being wanted by a number of top teams after impressing with Sporting Lisbon in the just-concluded season. There is no hope that his Portuguese outfit will keep hold of him in this summer transfer window.

Bruno Fernandes scored a total of 32 goals and gave 18 assists in 53 matches across all competitions for the Portuguese outfit despite being an attacking midfielder.

This is the reason why manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen on him and United seems to have taken the lead over other interested suitors.

Tottenham, Liverpool and Inter Milan have all been mentioned as being interested in signing the star player.

However, it has been claimed that both clubs now are working on the last details, one aspect being the commissions to announce the deal.

Should Man United land the Sporting Lisbon man, he will be the second signing after the capture of England international Daniel James from Swansea City.
